How payment works.

Questions.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before we start, and you pay nothing until you accept it. Anything outside the quote is priced first. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
What is not included?
Set-up and build fees on the monthly plans, ad spend (you pay the ad platforms directly), photos and video, logo design, and paid plugins or apps.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes, after the minimum term. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. SEO and ads management on their own: 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Care plans on their own are month to month.
What if I need something that is not on the list?
Tell us what you need and we quote it in writing. Extra work on a care plan costs €55 an hour, and unused hours do not carry over.
Do you guarantee rankings or sales?
No. We promise the work and honest numbers each month. Nobody can promise the top spot on Google or a number of orders.
