Who we are

This site is run by OnePDA ("we"). Our full legal details are available on request at hello@onepda.cc. By using onepda.cc you agree to these terms.

Using the site and the free tools

You can read the site and use our free tools (the website check, the email check and Word to PDF) for your own or your business's needs. Please don't use them to break the law, to overload or attack the site, or to check domains or files you have no right to check. We may change or remove a tool at any time.

No warranty

The site and the free tools are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate and working, but we don't promise that results are complete, correct or always available. Check anything important before you rely on it, for example by reviewing a converted PDF before you send it.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the free tools, including lost data, profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Paid work

Paid projects and monthly services are covered by the quote or agreement we sign with you. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

• Prices exclude VAT. Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21% is added where it applies.
• Projects: a 50% deposit when you accept the quote and the other 50% on delivery. For restaurant and cafe websites, the set-up fee is paid when the site is ready and you have approved it.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance and charged automatically to the card, or the SEPA direct debit mandate, that you gave us.
• Plans with a minimum term (stated in your quote or on the price list, for example 12 months on the restaurant and cafe plans): if you leave early, you pay the remaining months of that term. After it, the plan runs month to month and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have already paid.
• A deposit is refundable only if we have not started the work. Work already delivered is not refundable.
• If a charge looks wrong, write to hello@onepda.cc first and we will sort it out before you open a dispute with your bank.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. See the privacy notice.
