Who we are

This site is run by OnePDA ("we"). Our full legal details (company name and registered address) are available on request. For anything in this notice, write to hello@onepda.cc.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and we store nothing in your browser. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records the page, the site you came from, your country and your browser type, without keeping your IP address. Apart from that one Cloudflare script, the site loads no external scripts, fonts or images.

The free email check

When you use the check, the domain you type is sent to our server, which looks up its public DNS records through Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS service (cloudflare-dns.com) and shows you the result. We only read public records. We do not access any mailbox. We do not keep a database of the domains checked or the results. Like any website host, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP address and time to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The free Word to PDF tool

The Word to PDF tool runs entirely in your browser. Your document is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we can't see it.

OnePDA Social: Google and YouTube data

OnePDA Social is our internal tool that publishes OnePDA's own videos to our YouTube and TikTok channels. It is used only with OnePDA's own accounts.

• What we access: through the YouTube Data API, the basic account and channel information of OnePDA's own YouTube channel, and permission to upload and manage videos on that channel.
• Why: to publish OnePDA's own videos and to read their statistics (views, likes, comments).
• Storage: the access tokens are held by our automation provider, Composio. We keep no Google user data beyond the IDs and statistics of our own videos.
• Sharing: we do not share or sell any data received from Google.
• Revoking access: go to your Google Account, then Security, then Third-party access, or open security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

OnePDA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Uploads use YouTube API Services. By using them you are also covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

OnePDA Social: TikTok

We use the TikTok connection only to post OnePDA's own videos to OnePDA's own TikTok account. We store no TikTok user data beyond the IDs and statistics of those posts.

Contact form and email

If you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process what you send (name, email address, company, your message) to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. We do not sell your data and we do not share it, except with the service providers needed to run our email and hosting.

Payments

Card and SEPA payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles the payment data as an independent controller and, for the rest, as our processor. We only receive your name, email address, billing details and the status of the payment. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own notice is at stripe.com/privacy.

Outreach emails

We run B2B outreach, for ourselves and for clients, using business contact details. Every message identifies who sends it and includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honoured across all campaigns. If you received one and want to be removed, tell us at the address below.

Your rights and removal requests

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@onepda.cc and we will act on it promptly. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
